An excellent bed. Four legs were missing; I wrote about it, but after receiving no reply, I eventually bought them myself. It was an annoying little issue, but it doesn't affect the quality of the bed.
The bed is comfortable and good quality especially for the price.
Great bed, very comfortable. Arrived quickly. Delivery men assembled the bed. Well put together. Very happy with the quality of the bed.
Perfect. Helped us solve a problem with a small bedroom
Bed came flat packed (which is fine) but had NO instructions with it. Worse was to come when we discovered the metal brackets that hold the central wooden spine had been secured in the wrong place, ABOVE the slats, rather than below, thus causing the mattress to "arc" over the spine making the whole bed unusable! A quite staggering cock up the Supplier! We contacted them to discuss - they agreed they had provided an incorrect bed structure but offered no discount. They did say they could probably send an engineer out at some point to fix the error but it would probably be in many weeks time, thus making the bed unusable for up to a month. We have decided to try to fix it ourselves. So, if I could have given this Zero out of Five I would have. Diabolical!
