We offer a free 3-10 working days delivery to most areas.
We create all of our products on demand to ensure our products are created to each customer’s specifications.
We carry most fabrics, materials, and fixtures in stock to ensure as soon as orders are placed, manufacturing can take place immediately to get your product to you as soon as possible. On some very rare occasions where materials may be out of stock, deliveries may take up to 28 working days. In such instances, we do our best to let the customer know.
As our products are all manufactured by hand, there is likely to be uncontrollable variations in manufacturing build. There may also be slight variations in color and fabrics.
If you require an item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, do not hesitate to email our sales team who will do their best to inform you how likely the intended delivery date is.
We use a specialist courier with a delivery team to ensuring that you will receive your goods in optimum condition.
On very rare occasions deliveries can be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances for which we are unable to compensate customers for canceled appointments.
Please note: Free Delivery Service does not include recycling. We do not take away your old mattress or bed when delivering your item and logistical preparations for delivery must be arranged by you. In the event that you are not present when delivery is being made, our courier service reserves the right to re-attempt delivery after arranging it with the customer.
Goods can be returned within a period of 14 Days of delivery, once the goods have been collected please allow 28 days for the refund to be processed, all refunds will incur a £60 collection fee. ALL items returned must be in their original packaging and condition.
Please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the pavement into residential or communal spaces. Delivery times during the festive period and national holidays do vary so please contact our delivery team for more information.

Free Delivery To The UK Mainland
Lead time is usually 3-10 working days. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible, normally, arrive within 3-4 working days.
Free Delivery Exceptions
All orders under £100 have a delivery charge of £6.99 or £9.99 depending on the item. The charge is £6.99 for all the headboards below £100 and £9.99 for mattresses below £100.

Lead time is 10-20 working days
Please note we will not dispatch your products until we spoke with you and take the additional surcharge amount.
Northern Ireland and Offshore Isles
Unfortunately we do not offer delivery to anywhere off the UK mainland, this includes offshore islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, etc.
Multiple items have different delivery options and will be delivered on the basis of the longest lead time.
The room of choice is only for the house address. If you reside in a building, consisting of flats and apartments then we can only deliver up to the 2nd floor unless there’s a lift or automatic way.
We do offer to recycle of items as an additional service. Recycling charges are £29.99 for one item (mattress or bed) full set £49.99. If you have more than one set please discuss in advance. Make sure all recycling items are deep clean as they should be donated to charities. Please see the delivery upgrade page for more details

Accepting Your Delivery
Our delivery team will deliver your items to the room of choice. If the goods are in perfect condition, you require to sign the delivery note (proof of delivery).
If the product is damaged, please state on the delivery note and refuse the delivery. If the product is minimal damage and you are willing to keep the product and accept the compensation amount please state on the delivery note as “damage received” and let us know via email or telephone.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, missing, or the wrong items, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the items via email or telephone.
