Lead time is usually 3-10 working days. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible, normally, arrive within 3-4 working days.

All orders under £100 have a delivery charge of £6.99 or £9.99 depending on the item. The charge is £6.99 for all the headboards below £100 and £9.99 for mattresses below £100.

Please note we will not dispatch your products until we spoke with you and take the additional surcharge amount.
Northern Ireland and Offshore Isles
Unfortunately we do not offer delivery to anywhere off the UK mainland, this includes offshore islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, etc.
Important Notes
Multiple items have different delivery options and will be delivered on the basis of the longest lead time.
The room of choice is only for the house address. If you reside in a building, consisting of flats and apartments then we can only deliver up to the 2nd floor unless there’s a lift or automatic way.
Recycling
We do offer to recycle of items as an additional service. Recycling charges are £49.99 for one item (mattress or bed) full set £59.99. If you have more than one set please discuss in advance. Make sure all recycling items are deep clean as they should be donated to charities. Please see the "Assembly and Recycling" page for more details
Assembly
We do the professional assembly for only £39.99, please see the delivery upgrade for more details. If you want to assemble the bed yourself or need help, please see the assembly instructions page.
Accepting Your Delivery
Our delivery team will deliver your items to the room of choice. If the goods are in perfect condition, you require to sign the delivery note (proof of delivery).
If the product is damaged, please state on the delivery note and refuse the delivery. If the product is minimal damage and you are willing to keep the product and accept the compensation amount please state on the delivery note as “damage received” and let us know via email or telephone.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, missing, or the wrong items, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the items via email or telephone.
Important note: Please note we strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your bed or mattress until you have received your items. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances the deliveries being delayed which are beyond our control.
