Really happy with our new bed. The lift is a bit stiff but I am sure will get easier the more we use it. Plenty of storage space. I paid for removal of old base and assembly which was good. My only little criticism was lack of communication and having to chase for a delivery date. Having said that the people on the phone and the delivery guys were very helpful and pleasant.
All OK but they put two big holes in my bedroom door a bit careless shall have to pay to get it fixed
They didn't on the delivery. They came back for it two weeks later.
Great deal and good product.
