I ordered two beds — one divan and one ottoman — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them. I was quite sceptical at first because they were so much cheaper than other sellers, but I needn’t have worried. The quality is amazing, they look fantastic and they feel really well made.
Unfortunately, the foot end of one of the beds was damaged during transit. However, the customer service was just as impressive as the beds themselves. I messaged them and they responded promptly and arranged for a replacement foot end to be delivered without any hassle.
I would definitely recommend this company. Fantastic quality, great prices and excellent customer service. I’m so pleased with both beds!
This was bought as part of an adjustable bed base order for my mother. The matress adjusts perfectly with the base and is very comfy.
Bed OK, packaging not removed, only cellophane so no problem but I did pay for it to be removed.
Mattress wrong type, asked for a soft waterproof, got a hard non waterproof, due to my condition needed a waterproof one. Installers, though n8ce people didn't know how to put the headboard on properly or the bracket to help hold mattress in place and then said we don't take the rubbish out.
Delivery men turned up at a vulnerable disabled house and refused to take away the old bed despite the fact he had paid for it to be dismantled and the new bed built up. It eventually got sorted after a couple of calls but it was a very distressing time for him and he felt uncomfortable in his own home as the delivery men obviously didn’t want to do the job and made it clear they were going out of their way to do it so just beware as he had paid for all this to be done yet they were adamant they knew nothing about it even though it was on the delivery invoice so I would not buy again from this company nor recommend them unfortunately.
