When foreigners enter my house I expect them to speak in English when I am present not in their own language otherwise not a problem
When mattress came it had a big lump in the middle,i thought it would flattern it self but it still there,I don't know if you can do anything about it,I feel like am sleeping in a hollow.

The bed is fine, a typical electric adjustable. It is a great pity it was let down by the delivery people who neither installed it which I had paid for. Nor did they take away the broken bed, which I had also paid for. They did come and take it two weeks later after I complained.
Delivered on time, old mattress and adjustable bed base removed. New bed put together. Service was very good and bed met my expectations. Altogether, no problems
