Absolute nightmare experience with Order #DFO6230. The delivery/installation team damaged our brand-new Dream Vendor Ottoman Base, causing scuffs and punctures to the fabric. Because my wife is heavily pregnant, we tried to be reasonable and accepted a £50 partial compensation offer proposed by their manager on 7th October to avoid the disruption of an exchange.
Nearly a month later, Divan Factory Outlet has completely ghosted my emails, failed to pay the agreed £50, and ignores all communication—yet they have the audacity to automate emails asking for a 5-star review. Utterly unprofessional breach of agreement. Avoid this company if you expect them to honour their word.
Comfortable mattress and easy to operate bed. Prompt delivery, efficient installation. All packaging removed.
The new bed was quickly installed, unpacked and assembled, my mattress and bedding put back on the bed and all the packing materials taken away as requested leaving me with a nice new bed in a clean bedroom.
Wanted a plain headboard to match the newly ordered bed. This fitted the bill exactly.
Good product, came carefully packed. My only concern was the very delayed delivery, alas I want to believe that it was due to manufacturing scheduling.
