Good service

The two guys who delivered the bed, built it, installed it and removed packing were polite, efficient and got on with the job. It's sort of annoying having to pay for the service but better than waiting for my husband to do it. My only slight niggle is the company as a whole were not great at communicating so I had to chase.

Disgraceful. Wouldn't buy from this company again under any circumstances.

Very pleased on the whole, but a slight diasappointment in that the height was slightly higher than expected because of the drawers, which incidenatally work admirably very well. I think the discrepancy has mow been adjusted on the website.

Really happy with our new bed. The lift is a bit stiff but I am sure will get easier the more we use it. Plenty of storage space. I paid for removal of old base and assembly which was good. My only little criticism was lack of communication and having to chase for a delivery date. Having said that the people on the phone and the delivery guys were very helpful and pleasant.
