The mattress is very poor, it stops the bed from going down after being in a sitting forward position. I have to keep pushing the mattress over to try and get it to go down into a flat position otherwise it hurts my neck. Being disabled it's not advisable to keep walking round the other side of the bed to adjust the mattress as I am likely to fall and have, due to heavy medication at night.
It is definitely not what you see on the website pictures. The two glass panels were incorrectly cut showing the uneven edges that are sharp and had cracks. I chose a slatted base with ottoman storage and the storage is basically putting things on the floor which is not shown or specified on the website. The bed has no silver legs as shown on the site, it sits on the ground. They even said what you see on the website is not exactly what you get as they can not put all pictures on site. Which is not a good thing as they don’t specify that on the site. The headboard panelling is not even, some are bigger. I am still waiting for them to collect the bed and give me my refund.
Great product and the delivery team was amazing, even if the delivery date has been postponed twice by the carrier.
