The Low Divan Bed Base itself is decently made and reasonably good value (4*). Arranging delivery and trying to contact the Supplier was awful. It took ages, agreed slots were missed, nobody answered the phone. I had virtually given up and was about to call my credit card company to see if I could get a refund on the grounds that I would never receive the goods I had ordered. Customer Service: zero stars.
