I ordered the bed on 20 August and the order confirmation stated 3-10 working days for delivery. on 5 September I sent a Whatsapp message to ask where the delivery was as I had not received any communication or update on the order status. Following no response, on 8 September I sent another Whatsapp message and they replied to advise that the order was collected a week ago so they would contact the courier for an update. They got back to me to say that funnily enough the bed would be delivered the following day. The courier company (I have no idea who it was as there was no van signage) were incredibly rude and had no care for how they were bringing the bed into my property. I tried to put the bed together that evening and found that the instructions were very poor, I could not get the gas pistons to work and the sides of the divan did not touch the floor (so I was concerned about the strength of the base of the bed). When my husband came home on the Sunday we looked at the bed again to make sure that I had put it together correctly. He could not get the gas pistons to work and agreed that the sides of the base looked incorrect (we could not put it together any other way as the base came with the brackets already in-situ). I phoned and left and answerphone message stating what the issues were and asked someone to call me back asap on Monday. It is now Saturday and I have not received a call. I left it several days to give them an opportunity to call me and sort out the issues before leaving a review but as no phone call was received....
You take the money then 2 weeks later I ask where my order is and you tell me courier doesn't deliver to my address. Now 6 weeks and waiting for refund. Avoid at all costs
Bought this for grandkids staying over. Good sturdy bed , very light considering how sturdy it is. Just needed to attach headboard . Very pleased and comfortable
